Startup & Commissioning
Energized commissioning by the engineers who built your gear. Protective-relay testing, sequence-of-operation verification, and a witness-tested handover that proves the system performs as designed.
From Concept to Commissiong, One Team
Commissioning begins with low-energy validation — insulation-resistance and contact-resistance tests, CT polarity and ratio checks, and mechanical-operation and interlock verification. It moves through primary current injection of protective relays, breaker timing and trip testing, and a full sequence-of-operation walkthrough against your single-line diagram and SCADA logic. Safety audits and arc-flash label verification close out the energized phase.
Every test result is documented against the as-built drawings. You receive a signed commissioning report, the as-tested protective-relay settings file, and a Site Acceptance Test (SAT) sign-off. Future maintenance cycles, audits, and protection-coordination updates start from this baseline — no reverse-engineering, no surprises.
